Gluten Free

We follow the Weston A. Price diet in our home, so manipulating recipes has become a necessity to allow us not be feel deprived. Here is our take on gluten free muffin recipe –

Organic ingredient list:

1/2 cup of steal cut oats
2 eggs
1 banana
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries

Grind up oats in @vitamix, then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend. •
Pour in mix into mini muffin tray then add in about 3 blueberries per tin. Bake for 12mins at 375 then cool before eating (blueberries will be hotter than batter)
