This is my jam right now. Quinoa is a seed packed with fiber, complex carbs and is a complete source of protein. I throw mine in the Instant Pot {if you don’t have one, you NEED one??} or you can easily cook on your stovetop. It is a GREAT substitute for rice and is also gluten free. Plus, you can put your own spin on it by adding veggies, make sweet with cinnamon and raisins or just eat plain. It’s so good!
